Building Services Installation Project
Building services are the hidden yet vital infrastructure of any building. The quality of plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and control equipment directly affects the building’s safety, comfort, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
For this building services installation project, Manabeton was responsible for coordinating and executing the mechanical and electrical systems based on the technical drawings, client requirements, and actual project conditions. Every stage, from reviewing the drawings and planning system routes to equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover, was carried out under the supervision of our technical and execution team.
About the Project
The primary objective of this project was to establish a safe, well-organized, and reliable infrastructure to meet the building’s mechanical and electrical requirements.
Water Supply Network Installation
Installation of Cold and Hot Domestic Water Piping, Risers, and Internal Branch Connections in accordance with the project drawings and the requirements of each area of the building.
Sewage and Ventilation Network Installation
Installation of Wastewater Drainage Lines, Vent Pipes, and Required Connections to Ensure Proper Drainage and Prevent Leaks and Unpleasant Odors.
Heating and Cooling System Installation
Installation of the Required Infrastructure for the Building’s Heating and Cooling Systems, Including Piping, Equipment Placement, and Related Connections.
Mechanical Equipment Installation
Installation of Pumps, Tanks, Valves, Control Equipment, and Other Mechanical Components in accordance with the project design and scope of services.
